Our team of mystery diners come from a diverse range of backgrounds, ages, and experiences who undergo vigorous training before joining the team.


Recruitment: All mystery diners undergo a selection process to ensure they have the skills and experience our clients look for. We screen whether the individual has a key understanding to the nuances of the hospitality industry. 


In-depth training: Once selected the individual partakes in training to ensure they are across the key aspects of service, food, beverage, and all touch-points of the dining experience. In addition, mystery diners also train in a standardised method for reporting, to ensure the quality of reporting meets a high quality standard we strive to provide our clients.
